Pentagranny Baby Blanket Pattern
I designed this after wondering about hexies and squares and how they are so common in crochet. I played with making pentagrams.
The challenge of joining them was one I really enjoyed. I came up with a way to successfully join them that I think works well.
I wanted to border to fit the shape so I designed a pentagon shaped border as well.
I’d say the pattern is not for beginners, as there are some unusual features. Fine for the intermediate crocheter though. Having said that, I do provide pictures and step by step instructions throughout.
The pattern is 12 pages long with lots of pictures of the vital points so you can be successful making this too.
The pattern includes;
- a written pattern (you choose UK or US terms),
- a chart,
- round by round photos
Blanket size
The blanket is the perfect size for a baby’s pram. It measures approx 37.5" (95 cm) from a tip to the opposite corner. Each edge is approx 26" or 66 cm.
How to access the pattern
