Refund policy

For digital products, refunds are not available.  If you have a problem getting the pattern, please contact me and I will help you.

If you accidentally purchased the UK version of a pattern instead of the US version (or vice versa), contact me and we'll sort it out. That's easy to fix and no bother at all.

For books, please let me know if you have any issues with your book and I will endeavour to make you happy, either with a refund or replacement within a 7 days of your contact.  Returns are free.
