Vanuatu Bag Digital pattern

Designed for my adventure with a group of crocheters on Vanuatu in 2026, this bag made incorporating the Reticulum granny square from Granny Square Garden will keep your next project easily portable.  

Floppy and stretchy, it will take a large project and yarn on the go. 

The PDF pattern includes:

• The Reticulum granny square written pattern and chart,
• base & side of bag instructions
• glossary of all stitches and techniques used

UK and US terms available.

Base: 23 cm/9 in across
Sides: 39 cm/15.5 in deep

Yarn Used

Yarn: Bendigo Woollen Mills 8 ply cotton
Yardage: 485 metres per 200-gram ball.
Amount used: 190 grams approximately

Hook Size

4 mm (use a smaller hook for a denser, smaller bag)
